We use Amazon fulfillment for daily orders, most of the orders will be delivered within 2 business days. For muli-piece orders Amazon Fulfillment will most likely split them into multiple packages. Please be patient and they will arrive.

Yes, we offer free international shipping as well, you can make orders no matter where you live. However, we do not cover any customs duties that may arise.

For packages that we ship from our Chattanooga TN facility or Amazon Fulfillment, we see packages going through free shipping can be delivered within 2 business days, but sometimes delays happen. As long as the tracking still shows it's in transit, it should arrive soon.

For packages that ships from our Asia warehouse, with the free shipping option it normally takes about 7 weeks to arrive but speed may vary depending on the season. And we do have faster paid shipping options available for some destination countries.
