Ti Lookout Fixed Blade

This was the first thing I've bought from big idea and I have to give them a lot of credit! This knife is the perfect size for every day carry. The fit and finish are spot on. The knife just melts in your hand. I love the fact that they give two different sheaths so you can do left or right pocket carry. I'm so glad I purchased this amazing knife to add to my collection.

I have always loved fixed blades, but could never find one that was easy enough to carry on me every day. But when BigiDesign came out with their Lookout Blade, I couldn't help but be overly curious. And let me tell you, IT FITS THE BILL. To me, less is more in design. And that's exactly what BigiDesign did with this one. They created a fixed blade that was small enough to fit in your pocket, but large enough to get a solid four finger hold on it. The design of the knife is very classic, and I find me using it more than my other knives. It's an easy pluck from the pocket with it's kydex sheath, use for a quick job, then slips right back into it's inner pocket clip. The steel is M390, which is incredibly resilient, and with the titanium handle, you know it's not going to break on you anytime soon. This team keeps on knocking it out of the park with their designs and I can't only sit and wait for their next clever designs...

I'm picky about knives to begin with, so when BigiDesign put together their first pocket knife, I wasn't expecting it to be a home-run. However, it was. The careful attention they put into their high quality pens, they put into this knife. This is a straight forward, no nonsense blade, and it's a perfect fit for my everyday carry. The focus that the team put on creating a solid pocket knife with no serrations, gives it a sleek, uniform aesthetic, thin to fit in the pocket without any bulge, with a fat blade that carries all the way to the tip. The deep pocket clip is also reverseable for those who prefer an alternate way to access it. It may be a steep pricetag, but not one that I quickly regretted. Still my favorite everyday knife in my collection.
